We had a wonderful experience on our 1st visit to AL Splash Adventure. From the moment we walked up to the guest relation desk, walking in the front gates and walking out of the front gates to go home the staff was amazing and friendly. The staff displayed great customer service and work ethics. The restroom was clean and had a staff member cleaning and I voiced my appreciation for a clean restroom and the great job they do and her response was "it is how I would want it" and that says a lot about work ethics. Thanks also for the numerous lifeguards at all destinations. So thank you for the wonderful experience to share with my kids and grandkids. Cindy Allen
It felt like the same old thing. If they would do things just a little differently it would make the park a success! Why is there no games to win bears (winnable) goldfish games and just look up the word CARNIVAL! They just had the upsurge and the black slides and the rampage worth anything. Their little shops that could be amazing unfortunately aren't authentic enough to actually brand themselves and stand a chance to make millions!
There was one ride for adults a roller coaster. The water part was good and lots of smaller kids rides. They were short staffed is what they told me on the reason the rides are not all open. But they had sections blocked off with the rides gone, just empty ramps. Looked like they were about to close
The Koch's are great people. It needs some more theme park attractions but I'm certain they will get it more like Holiday World someday.
We love splash adventure! Free drinks and sunscreen! Great for toddler's and young kids. I wish there were more big water slides but they are improving each year so I'm sure it'll come in time. The rollercoaster side is perfect for young kids as well. We'll be back every year!
