Kind courteous and very time efficient
I arrived here at 8a for an oil change and a tire rotation. First, they tried to cheat me on my service and charged me more. I had to correct them. after the service I got less than half way down the road and my service light came on. To make a long story short what started off as a 50 dollar service job is now costing me 127.00 because my speed sensor coincidently went out after my initial service. I want be back. I will drive all the way to Hwy 280 or back to Lawrenceville, GA. if possible for my service. It's 11am and I am still here.
The only reason I am giving a 2 star is because Grant Copeland is one of the nicest people to deal with! Now with being said they couldn't give me a car! The salesman I dealt with was rude and acted like I wasted his time after driving almost 2 hours for a vehicle. Good news is I left there and bought a better vehicle for a better price the same day!
