Used to love them now don't like they take 200 dollar deposit and full rental up front
They do a very quick look over the car with you when you are picking it up, but they try to point out stuff that you didn't do when you bring it back. The car I got was a Chevy Impala and that car was a piece of junk. No safety features, the seat was very uncomfortable and it got really crappy gas mileage. Remind me to get a luxury car on my next rental!
Car was at the airport when we landed, brought car to airplane and were on our way. Left car at the airport. All was good. WGD
Jerica was great. Took about 10 minutes and I was on the road.
Update - I posted a complaint and within an hour they called me back and said they would make it right. I'm very impressed!
