roaches everywhere, the bath room, the towels, the curtains. No refund for my room so I tried to stick it out, but at 3:00 in the morning when a roach ran across my face while I was asleep that was it. Time to go. The health inspector really needs to see place. This is not healthy. Oh and as I was leaving I rode around the hotel and most of the buildings and rooms looked ransacked and abandoned. They looked like something from a third world country. Very Scary...
Booked a room there via the Knights Inn Telephone Booking Service. Got a confirmation for the booking via email. Arrived there late at night and learned that the hotel was overbooked and that no rooms are available. Very unfriendly staff. Had to look for another hotel at 2 in the morning.
HORRIBLE! ROOM KEYS WOULD NOT WORK SO THEY CAME AND LET US IN AND SAID THEY WOULD SEND MAINTENANCE IN 15 MIN TO GIVE US KEYS AND WE NEVER SAW THEM! ASK FOR NONSMOKING ROOM AND THE SMOKE SMELL WOULD KNOCK YOU DOWN WHEN YOU OPENED THE DOOR, NOT TO MENTION THE ASH TRAY ON THE TABLE! VERY NASTY AND SCARY PLACE!
Upon arrival went to office. Met the most unprofessional desk clerk so when I asked to see manager she said she was it . Which can't be true cause she is not even a good desk clerk. She screamed , yelled slam her hand on the desk, & jumped up & down. Individual is a phyc! Needs to be fired & go to anger management course! Incident was reported to head office! Avoid this place! For this hotel we rate it a 0
