Awful experience.
They did not give me my bag of ground beef and I figured it out a while after getting home. Now nothing they can do, unless I dig through trash to find the receipt. Their customer service issue. I am a 20 year customer. Thanks a lot. Will not be back and we be sure to let my friends know about this experience.

I got in and out very quickly. Staff was nice and helpful.
Very nice grocery store. Wasn't very busy when I was there. I found everything I was looking for. I wish their deli department had a better selection of meat and cheeses.
To make it clear, I never asked for a refund or replacement. I just asked if it was possible to see if my groceries got left behind. The manager on duty was quick to say that often left behind groceries go out with the next customer and never offered to check to see if anyone noticed anything left behind. He was quick to ask for a receipt when I had asked for nothing. Never offered to check with anyone. Made me feel like I was a bum freeloader looking for a freebie. Awful feeling. Maybe this is the reason the parent company is considering bankruptcy.
Not good. It was all young people working and they were more concerned with their own conversation than talking with the customer. The cashier did not even look my way when she handed me my receipt, she was too busy talking to two young boys (baggers). I walked out mumbling "have a good day" to myself.
Friendly staff. Always have my desired selection. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and not dying or wilted...
