Best Applebee's I've been to. Most are pretty mediocre but the food and service here was beyond what I expected.
Bartenders are very busy...at the back of the bar talking and complaining to take care of the customers. One was sitting at the bar next to me and only got up when she was finished talking so she could get a servers order because they asked where their order was. The other looked right at me but continued talking to the manager on duty... what a joke!!! I should note that the seated one wiped her nose with her bare hand and then poured the servers drinks. No thank you I will eat and drink elsewhere.
Inside, the place is nice. The customer service was good. Bartenders are friendly and professional. The food was pretty good. The reason for the low rating..... both times I've been here, when smoking outside, I saw no less than 3 large cockroaches. If the are in that great of numbers outside, I don't want to know what it looks like in the kitchen and fridges. ::::brrrrrrr::::
Its a very nice restaurant and the food is Great! but its always so cold in there. My daughter has a blood disorder that will start acting up by it being so cold. Even though we try to sit down and eat but by the time the food comes out we're already freezing so we get to go boxes.
Good food...had a good time...only complaint is waitress didnt wont to be there and let us know it...as far as everything else was very pleasant
