Then 3 or 4 Bessemer Police units decided that would be their lunch spot. Everyone at the restaurant was like "OH NO IT'S THE POLICE!" Seriously? Are they here to pick YOU up? Come on now... They just want food.
Got several arbys sandwiches and got home to find I didn't have any arbys sauce even though I asked for extra. It wouldn't be a big deal but the closest arbys is more than 30 minutes away
I've gotten food here four times in the last year. They have NEVER gotten my order right. How hard is it to follow directions? Hire some competent people!!!
Don't sell cold food. We were dining in, and the beef brisket was not even warm. The cashier was a guy who ignored people in the lobby, and I watched two people leave. The response we got was "what do you want." Seriously?
Bad experience got my order taken but had to wait 10 mins in line and never received my order only go here when you are ready to take a nap . they need help !!
